The Swiss senator Dick Marty (appointed by the Councel of Europe to look into the CIA's secret prisons in
Europe) presented his initial report on Tuesday. Although there is no hard evidences (yet) of the existence of secret prisons in Poland, Romania or others, he believes there are proofs that a hundred persons have been abducted in Europe and sent to another country to be tortured. In his own words: "there are a number of clues pointing at a system of "outsourcing" of torture, probably with the knowledge of European governments". It is clearly too tempting for our governments to point the finger at the CIA (and quite rightly so) and pretend we knew nothing of it.
